Maintenance Positions - Painter / Plumber / Skilled Technicians

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Special Maintenance….

Plumbing (ex. Plunging toilets, fixing faucets)

Repairing equipment

Repair and/or replace drywall

Stucco

Painting is a must!

Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs

Our Expectations: 

Skilled in HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills

Carpentry

Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members

Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication

Maintenance Technician ….

Plumbing (ex. Plunging toilets, fixing faucets)

• Repairing equipment

• Repair or replace drywall

• Change light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms, conference space, ect.

• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs

Ideal Candidate must have:

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills

• Light carpentry

• Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members

• Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication

Certified Pool Operator….. 

• Maintain water quality according to and above state standards
• Maintain a clean and safe pool deck area
• Maintain a washing schedule for all pool decks and deck furniture
• Ensure chemical room is up to code and stocked
• Ability to maintain a functional and organized pump room
• Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards
• LEAD CPO Responsibilities will include responsibility of all CPO's including 1st & 2nd Shift
• Will have to occasionally work 2nd shift to ensure compliance standards

Required Experience:

Valid CPO license

Lift, move and handle chemicals responsibly

Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities

Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication

Decision making and judgment focused on safety, prevention and high-quality guest experience
